Mixing equipment mainly includes submersible mixers and vertical mixers.
The technical standards and quality of submersible mixer equipment should be equivalent to imported brands like KBS, and manufacturer authorization must be provided.
Submersible mixer equipment should use mature products with advanced technology and provide operational records of similar equipment in no less than three projects over the past five years.
Submersible Mixer Technical Agreement:
1. Scope of Supply
The sewage mixer produced by Jiangsu Du'an Environmental Protection is a finished product and must be equipped with guide rods, lifting devices, underwater cables, fixing bolts, fasteners, and accessories necessary for installation and safe operation.
2. Technical Requirements
The submersible mixer should be capable of continuous or intermittent operation under fully submerged conditions. It must operate smoothly without vibration throughout its service life, with a design lifespan of 15 years and a mean time between failures of 8000 hours.
Each submersible mixer should work in sewage and promote the flow of sewage.
The submersible mixer should rotate smoothly without jamming, stalling, or vibration.
The submersible mixer should undergo a sealed air pressure test at 3 kg/cm² for 5 minutes without leakage.
Each submersible mixer should be equipped with stainless steel guide rods and stainless steel wire ropes for free lifting and steering.
1) Terminal Box
The motor terminal box should have a protection rating of IP68 and must be completely sealed against surrounding liquids.
2) Cooling
Motor cooling is achieved through heat conduction from the stator to the housing.
3) Shaft Seal
An independent high-quality sealing system should be used to ensure that even if the lower seal fails and liquid enters the stator chamber, it will not contact the bearings or stator. The mechanical seal should be made of corrosion-resistant silicon carbide/silicon carbide, suitable for a pH range of 6-9. The mechanical seal should be maintenance-free, resistant to thermal shock, and capable of emergency operation.
The manufacturer should ensure that the mechanical seal has a service life of no less than 25,000 hours.
4) Shaft
The motor shaft should be a single shaft, reliably sealed and not in contact with the liquid.
5) Submersible Mixer Impeller
The impeller should use a propulsion-type anti-twist curve design, with a stamped structure that is lightweight, high-strength, and well-balanced. The optimized impeller surface should have self-cleaning functionality to avoid clogging and scaling.
Equipped with a flow guide cover to rectify flow, increase axial flow and directionality, and enhance circulation flow.
6) Motor
The motor should be a three-phase squirrel cage motor, 3-phase 380V, 50Hz, with protection rating IP68 and insulation class F. The motor should not overload under high mixing loads. It should start no less than 15 times per hour, with the average temperature rise of the stator windings not exceeding 80°C. The stator should be thermally pressed into the stator chamber without the use of bolts, pins, or other connectors that require drilling into the stator chamber.
7) Bearings
The impeller shaft should be supported by a double-row angular contact ball bearing and a single-row deep groove ball bearing. To ensure long-term and reliable operation, imported NSK bearings should be used with a service life of no less than 100,000 hours.
8) Cable and Cable Seal
The motor should be equipped with underwater cables for control and power, with reliable sealing. If the power cable is multi-core, each cable should be individually sealed. The cable should extend into the terminal box and be sealed with reusable rubber seals. Resin or other canned sealing materials are not allowed. Each cable should be equipped with a cable net or cable clamp to hang the cable on a hook and support its weight.
9) Leakage Sensor
A sensor should be provided in the sealing chamber to detect liquid leakage. All signals should be monitored separately, and alarm signals should be issued before serious damage occurs to the impeller or motor.
10) Thermal Protection
Each phase of the motor should be protected by a normally closed temperature sensor. Three sensors should be connected in series, activating at 140°C, and connected to the control cabinet.
11) Installation and Lifting System
Du'an Environmental Protection should provide a complete set of installation and fastening materials for the submersible mixer. The installation system should include guide rails, wire ropes, an arm-type lifting frame, and a hand-operated hoisting device.
Main Components of Jiangsu Du'an Environmental Protection QJB High-Speed Submersible Mixer
(1) Fully assembled submersible mixer;
(2) Matching submersible motor;
(3) Complete installation system (guide rails, brackets, fasteners, etc.);
(4) A set of shared lifting equipment (movable lifting bracket, lifting hoist, stainless steel lifting chain, etc.);
(5) Submersible cable for each mixer;
(6) Submersible mixer protection components, including leakage protection, temperature protection, and protection controllers;
(7) Local control cabinet and junction box;
(8) All connecting accessories and fasteners for installation (including stainless steel chemical anchor bolts, nuts, washers, etc.);
(9) Two-year supply of spare parts and matching tools within the warranty period.
Main contents of disassembly and inspection include:
1. Check the packing or mechanical seal condition, such as the clearance of shaft sleeves, gland, bottom sleeve, pressure relief ring, oil seal ring, mouth ring, partition, bushing, etc. For bearing structures, measure the clearance;
2. Measure the clearance of various pump components;
3. Check the shaft bending, calibrate pressure gauges and valves, inspect lubricating oil pumps, seal oil pumps, coolers, filters, and pipelines; check the piston connecting rod mechanism. Correct disassembly and assembly steps can prevent damage to the equipment during the process and lay a foundation for the subsequent installation of the submersible mixer.
